There are two areas for you to browse or filter through your item list. The search bar at the top center allows you to search through any text field in the item list. For most fields it will only be a direct search, but for the item ID the field is able to do the elastic search, that allows for minor differences in the numbers, e.g. 2345 will find the items 234567 and 122345 6,7

On the left side of the item list are the filter options. We’ll quickly open them up after we’ve hidden them before by clicking that arrow again. You can tick a filter in order to activate it. If you want to deactivate a filter, either tick it again or click the “Clear all” option at the top of the filter type to clear all filters of that type.

The Filter Options are:

  • Total quality

Filters according to the data checks of the items. Your can Filter for items that Reached, Partially reached or did not reach the requested quality. The total quality level (red/yellow/green) is always equal to the worst of the other quality checks.

  • Rule types

Sometimes, your customer is using multiple rule types, e.g. DIN and ISO based or depending on the CAM system this item will be used in. The customer has to choose which rule system they will be using and you will only reach the data request with that given rule system type. You can filter for the different types here, if available

  • DXF

This filter will only appear if your customer is requesting basic DXFs. Filter if the DXF is available or according to the standard.

  • DXF (Detail)

This filter will only appear if your customer is requesting detailed DXFs. Filter if the DXF is available or according to the standard.

  • Manufacturer STP

This filter will only appear if your customer is requesting STP files from you. Filter if the STP is available or according to the standard.

  • 3D Generable

This filter will only appear if your customer wants the items to be 3D generated by CIMSOUCEs Generator. That is dependent on the attributes given by you and also on the item type. There are few item types that plainly don’t have a generic 3D model yet. Filter if the generated STP is available or nor. If available, it will be according to ISO13399-80

  • PDF, Photo

Filters for those available or not, if the customer needs them

  • Type

Switch between Standard, Semi-Standard and Special item requests

  • Responsible

If you’ve set up the supplier hierarchy, you may change the responsible account for the different requests and filter here

  • Main class

Filter for the main class of the items, e.g. “solid drills” or “indexable turning tools”

  • Sub class

Filter for the sub class of the items, e.g. “thread mills, indexable” or “Basic holder, hollow taper”

  • Request date

Search for the request date time frame, e.g. From “2023-01-01” to “2023-12-31”
