Invitation from your customer
When your customer needs your help with an item, they will request you via mail to create an account. They’ve probably contacted you before in order to find the right person and discuss the details of the project.
In the invitation mail you can find a link. Just follow the link or copy it to your browser.
Creating an account
You’ve reached the registration page through the link in your invitation mail. Just enter your Username and password and accept the Terms and Conditions. That’s it, registration completed.
Signing in to ToolLink
Whenever you want to answer a tool data request from your customer, go to the URL of that customers ToolLink (e.g. customer.toollink.de/app) and enter your credentials. You will currently need a different account for every customer, though you’ll be able to access the data from ToolsUnited or your SalesSupport Server with all of them.
